Ok, for those that this is new to, your probable wondering how to gain rank, and for those that just joined this is how you gain rank.

We are using military rank because its known worldwide for one, and easier to remember for two.

All member activity is monitored and is considered in promoting members.

All "enlisted" ranks will mainly be used by those who are just your common chatters. People who just enjoy getting on hanging out and shooting the shit. There are not many skill requirements to achieve higher ranks, but there are a few. I will briefly describe and explain what is needed to reach each rank.

private - corporal
*active member
*regular meeting attendance
*promotion each week until highest rank is reached

sergeant - master sergeant
*active member
*regular meeting attendance
*booting ability required
*promotion every 2 weeks until highest rank is reached

command sergeant major
*active member
*regular meeting attendance
*booting ability required
*refer minimum 5 members to the crew

second lt - first lt
*active member
*regular meeting attendance
*booting ability required
*refer minimum 7 members to the crew

captain
*active member
*regular meeting attendance
*booting ability required
*account locking ability required
*refer minimum 10 members to the crew

major
*active member
*regular meeting attendance

colonel

Those are the ranks and how to archive them. We have created this ranking structure to provide a active interest in striving to gain rank, and to give those special ability when they have meet there desired rank.
